Online Consultant - Part Time (Remote)

As an Online Consultant, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and support to clients through various online channels. This is a part-time, remote position that offers flexibility and the opportunity to work from anywhere with a stable internet connection.

Your main duties will include responding to client inquiries and concerns promptly and professionally, providing accurate information about products or services, and assisting with order processing and tracking. You will also be responsible for troubleshooting technical issues, resolving complaints, and maintaining positive relationships with clients.

To excel in this role, you must have excellent communication skills, both written and verbal. You should have a strong understanding of customer service principles and the ability to remain calm under pressure. Prior experience in customer service or sales is preferred but not required.

This position requires a biometric passport as you may be required to assist clients from different countries. However, nationality or location is not a strict requirement as long as you can effectively communicate in English.
