We are a top-rated restaurant in the charming town of Bansko, known for our exceptional cuisine and welcoming atmosphere. We are currently seeking an experienced Pastry Chef to join our team and lead our pastry department.

As a Pastry Chef, you will be responsible for creating and executing a variety of desserts, pastries, and baked goods. You must have a strong understanding of flavor profiles, presentation techniques, and pastry techniques. Your creativity and attention to detail will be essential in developing new menu items and maintaining the quality of our current offerings.

Key Responsibilities:
- Create and prepare a wide range of desserts, pastries, and baked goods according to our menu
- Develop new menu items based on seasonal ingredients and current food trends
- Ensure consistency in quality and presentation of all pastry items
- Manage inventory levels and order necessary supplies
- Train junior pastry chefs on proper techniques and recipes
- Maintain a clean and organized work station at all times

Requirements:
- Proven experience as a Pastry Chef or similar role
- Culinary degree or equivalent certification preferred
- Strong knowledge of flavor profiles, pastry techniques, and presentation skills
- Ability to manage inventory levels effectively
- Excellent time management skills and ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
- Passion for creating unique desserts that leave a lasting impression on guests

Salary: $1700/month

This position is open to both local candidates who are fluent in English as well as foreigners with valid work permits. Relocation assistance may be provided for exceptional candidates.
