Blast Furnace Operator

The Blast Furnace Operator will be responsible for operating and maintaining the blast furnace in a steel manufacturing plant in Dubrovnik. This is a full-time position with a salary of 1100$ per month, and we are specifically looking for Indian candidates who are fluent in English. No prior experience is required, as on-the-job training will be provided. However, candidates must be physically fit and able to work in a high-temperature environment.

Key Responsibilities:

- Operate the blast furnace according to established procedures
- Monitor temperature and pressure levels to ensure proper functioning
- Adjust controls and make necessary changes to maintain production levels
- Conduct visual inspections of equipment to identify any potential issues
- Perform routine maintenance tasks as needed
- Communicate with team members and supervisors to coordinate tasks and troubleshoot any problems
- Follow all safety protocols and guidelines at all times

Requirements:

- Indian nationality preferred (but not required)
- Fluent in English (both written and verbal)
- Physically fit and able to work in a high-temperature environment
- Willingness to work full-time, including weekends and holidays if necessary
- Attention to detail and ability to follow established procedures
- Ability to work well in a team environment
- Prior experience in steel manufacturing or as a blast furnace worker is a plus, but not required.
