Technical Support Specialist


We are seeking a highly skilled Technical Support Specialist to join our team in Utena. As a Technical Support Specialist, you will provide technical assistance and support to our clients, ensuring their computer systems and software run efficiently. This is an English speaking job, and we welcome applicants of all nationalities. No prior experience is required, as we provide on-the-job training and support. We offer a competitive salary of 1000$ per month, along with visa sponsorship if needed.

Responsibilities:
- Respond to client inquiries and troubleshoot technical issues via phone, email or in-person
- Diagnose and resolve hardware and software problems on desktops, laptops, and other devices
- Install and configure computer systems and software for new users
- Conduct system upgrades and maintenance tasks as needed
- Collaborate with the IT team to improve processes and procedures
- Keep track of all client interactions in our ticketing system
- Provide timely updates to clients regarding the status of their technical issues

Requirements:
- Fluent in English (written and spoken)
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to explain technical concepts to non-technical individuals
- Strong problem-solving skills with attention to detail
- Familiarity with Windows operating systems, Microsoft Office Suite, and basic networking concepts
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team
- Prior customer service experience is preferred but not required
