Hotel Sales Manager - Eldoret, Egypt


We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Hotel Sales Manager to join our team in Eldoret, Egypt. The ideal candidate should have a strong background in sales and marketing, preferably in the hospitality industry. As a Hotel Sales Manager, you will be responsible for generating new business leads and maintaining relationships with existing clients. You will also be responsible for developing and implementing sales strategies to increase revenue and meet targets. The salary for this position is $1700 per month, and accommodation is not provided. However, candidates must have a valid biometric passport to work in Egypt.

Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement innovative sales strategies to attract new customers and retain existing ones
- Generate new business leads through networking events, cold calling, and other sales techniques
- Build strong relationships with corporate clients, event planners, and travel agencies to secure long-term partnerships
- Conduct market research to identify potential growth opportunities
- Create and maintain a client database to track sales progress
- Prepare monthly reports on sales performance and present them to senior management
- Collaborate with other hotel departments such as marketing, reservations, and event planning to ensure seamless customer experience

Requirements:
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in hotel sales or similar role
- Strong communication skills with fluency in English (Arabic is a plus)
- Excellent negotiation skills with the ability to close deals effectively
- Proven track record in meeting or exceeding sales targets
- Knowledge of the local market trends and competition in the hospitality industry
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team
- Proficient in using Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
- Must have a biometric passport for employment in Egypt
