Hotel Sales Manager



We are searching for an experienced Hotel Sales Manager to join our team in Eldoret, Kenya. As a Hotel Sales Manager, you will be responsible for promoting and selling our hotel's services and facilities to potential clients and ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement effective sales strategies to increase revenue and occupancy rates
- Identify potential clients and maintain relationships with existing ones
- Conduct market research to identify new opportunities and trends
- Prepare and present sales proposals, contracts, and reports
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure guest satisfaction and smooth operations
- Monitor competitor activity and adjust sales strategies accordingly
- Provide exceptional customer service to all clients

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing or a related field
- Minimum of 3 years experience in hotel sales management role
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets
- Knowledge of the hospitality industry and market trends
- Strong leadership skills
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team

Salary: $1800 per month

Location: Eldoret, Kenya (Preference for Indian candidates)

Employment Type: Contract (with possibility for renewal)
