Restaurant Manager

We are seeking a skilled and experienced Restaurant Manager to join our team in Balzers. As the Restaurant Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of the restaurant's operations, including managing staff, ensuring customer satisfaction, and maintaining financial goals.

Responsibilities:
- Manage day-to-day operations of the restaurant
- Train and supervise staff members to maintain high-quality service
- Create schedules and assign tasks to staff members
- Handle customer inquiries and complaints in a professional manner
- Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations
- Monitor inventory levels and order supplies as needed
- Develop and implement marketing strategies to increase revenue
- Maintain financial records and prepare reports for management
- Collaborate with chefs to create menus and ensure high-quality food is served
- Continuously strive to improve customer satisfaction and overall experience

Requirements:
- Minimum of 2 years experience in a similar role
- Excellent communication skills in English (German language proficiency is a plus)
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and manage a team
- Knowledge of restaurant operations, including food preparation, service standards, and health/safety regulations
- Proven ability to handle customer inquiries/complaints in a professional manner
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
- Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management or related field (preferred)

Salary: $1700/month (negotiable based on experience)

Location: Balzers, Liechtenstein
