We are hiring a dynamic and experienced Restaurant Manager to join our team in Balzers, Philippines. As the Restaurant Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our restaurant, including managing staff, ensuring exceptional customer service, and maintaining high standards of food quality and cleanliness. You will also be responsible for creating and implementing strategies to drive sales and increase profitability.

Key Responsibilities:
- Manage all aspects of the restaurant's operations, including staff management, inventory control, budgeting and financial management.
- Ensure smooth operation of the restaurant by coordinating with kitchen staff, servers, and other employees.
- Develop and implement effective marketing strategies to attract new customers and retain existing ones.
- Monitor customer satisfaction levels and address any issues or complaints promptly.
- Train new employees on company policies and procedures and ensure they adhere to them.
- Conduct regular performance evaluations of staff members and provide feedback for improvement.
- Maintain high standards of food quality, cleanliness, and safety in accordance with company policies and health codes.
- Collaborate with the chef to develop menus that cater to different tastes and dietary requirements.
- Monitor inventory levels and place orders as needed to ensure an adequate supply of ingredients.
- Handle payroll processing, scheduling shifts, and managing employee records.

Requirements:
- Minimum 2 years experience as a Restaurant Manager or in a similar role.
- Proven track record of successfully managing a team in a fast-paced environment.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to effectively manage conflicts or challenges that may arise within the restaurant setting.
- Strong understanding of budgeting principles and financial management.
- Knowledgeable about food safety regulations and health codes.
- Ability to work flexible hours including evenings, weekends, and holidays.

Salary:
1100$ per month (negotiable based on experience)
