The Machine Operator will be responsible for operating and maintaining various types of machinery in a fast-paced production environment. This individual will be responsible for setting up machines, monitoring their performance, and troubleshooting any issues that may arise. The ideal candidate will have experience in machine operation and possess strong attention to detail. This role requires physical agility and the ability to work well under pressure.

Responsibilities:
- Set up machines according to production specifications
- Monitor machine performance and make adjustments as needed
- Troubleshoot and resolve any issues that may arise during production
- Perform routine maintenance on machines to ensure optimal performance
- Ensure quality control standards are met at all times
- Keep track of inventory levels and report any shortages or excesses
- Maintain a clean and safe work environment at all times

Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Proven experience as a machine operator in a production setting
- Strong mechanical aptitude with the ability to troubleshoot issues independently
- Ability to stand for long periods of time and lift up to 50 pounds
- Attention to detail and ability to follow instructions and production specifications accurately
- Excellent time management skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively
- Flexibility to work different shifts as needed
