Construction Project Manager



We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Construction Project Manager to join our team in Acre. As a Construction Project Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of construction projects, from planning and budgeting to execution and completion. This role requires excellent leadership, communication, and organizational skills, as well as extensive knowledge of construction processes and regulations.

Responsibilities:
- Plan and budget for construction projects according to client requirements
- Oversee the selection of contractors and suppliers
- Ensure compliance with building codes, safety regulations, and other legal requirements
- Manage project timelines and schedules to ensure timely completion
- Communicate with clients, architects, engineers, and other stakeholders to ensure project goals are met
- Monitor progress of construction work and make necessary adjustments to meet quality standards
- Approve project expenses and manage project budgets to minimize costs
- Address any issues or delays that may arise during construction process
- Ensure proper documentation of all project activities and maintain accurate records for future reference

Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering or related field (Master’s degree preferred)
- Minimum of 5 years experience in construction management
- Strong understanding of building codes, safety regulations, and industry standards
- Excellent leadership skills with ability to manage a diverse team of professionals
- Effective communication skills with ability to interact with clients and stakeholders at all levels
- Proven track record of successfully managing multiple construction projects simultaneously within tight deadlines
- Proficient in project management software (e.g. Primavera P6)
- Ability to travel as needed for project site visits
