Concierge - Customer Service Representative

As a Concierge - Customer Service Representative, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to clients at our luxury hotel in Kaunas. Your main duties will include assisting guests with check-in and check-out procedures, making reservations for restaurants and activities, arranging transportation, and addressing any guest requests or concerns promptly and professionally.

We are looking for a friendly and outgoing individual with excellent communication skills and a passion for hospitality. Previous experience in a similar role is preferred but not required. This position offers a salary of $1500 per month, without accommodation included. Applicants must have their own visa to work in Kaunas.
