We are a growing painting company based in Braga, seeking a skilled and experienced Painter to join our team. As a Painter, you will be responsible for performing painting and finishing tasks on various projects, both residential and commercial. The ideal candidate will have a strong attention to detail, excellent time management skills, and the ability to work independently or as part of a team.

Responsibilities:
- Prepare surfaces for painting, including sanding, scraping, and priming
- Apply paint or other finishes using brushes, rollers, or sprayers
- Mix paints and match colors according to specifications
- Ensure quality of work by inspecting finished product for flaws or imperfections
- Clean and maintain equipment after use
- Adhere to safety protocols and regulations at all times

Requirements:
- Proven experience as a Painter with a strong portfolio of completed projects
- Knowledge of various painting techniques and materials
- Ability to work at heights using ladders or scaffolding if needed
- Physical stamina to stand, bend, and lift for extended periods of time
- Good communication skills and ability to follow instructions accurately
- Attention to detail with an eye for color matching
