Hotel Sales Manager
The Hotel Sales Manager will be responsible for developing and implementing sales strategies to attract and retain guests for our hotel in Alta, Norway. They will work closely with the hotel's marketing team to identify and target potential clients, as well as maintain relationships with existing clients to ensure repeat business. The ideal candidate will have previous experience in hotel sales, a strong understanding of market trends and competition, excellent communication and negotiation skills, and a proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets. This is a fast-paced role that requires a highly motivated and results-driven individual who is able to work independently as well as part of a team. The Hotel Sales Manager will report directly to the General Manager and collaborate with other departments such as revenue management, front office, and food & beverage to maximize overall hotel revenue.
