Accommodation will not be provided, so candidates must have their own living arrangements in Sheduva.

Responsibilities:
- Oversee the daily operations of the kitchen, including menu planning, food preparation, and supervision of kitchen staff
- Develop creative and innovative menus that align with our restaurant's concept and appeal to our diverse customer base
- Ensure all food is prepared to the highest quality and presentation standards
- Maintain inventory levels and order supplies as needed
- Train and mentor kitchen staff on proper cooking techniques and safety procedures
- Monitor food costs and make adjustments as needed to maintain profitability
- Collaborate with front-of-house staff to ensure smooth service delivery
- Maintain cleanliness and hygiene standards in the kitchen at all times

Requirements:
- Minimum of 5 years' experience as an Executive Chef in a high-volume restaurant
- In-depth knowledge of international cuisine and cooking techniques
- Strong leadership abilities with excellent communication skills
- Ability to work well under pressure in a fast-paced environment
- Excellent time management skills and ability to multitask effectively
- Creativity and passion for food with a keen eye for detail
- Ability to work flexible hours including evenings, weekends, and holidays
- Must have valid work permit or own visa for non-EU applicants
- Prior experience in a contract job is preferred
- Must be able to provide own accommodation in Sheduva
