Head Chef - Indian Cuisine

We are seeking an experienced and talented Head Chef to join our team at our restaurant in Sheduva. The ideal candidate will have a passion for Indian cuisine and a creative flair for developing new dishes and menus. As the Head Chef, you will be responsible for overseeing the kitchen operations, managing a team of chefs, and ensuring high quality standards are maintained. You must have excellent communication skills and be able to work well under pressure. This is a full-time role with a salary of $1100 per month. Key Responsibilities:
-Developing new dishes and menus inspired by authentic Indian flavors
-Managing all aspects of the kitchen operations, including food preparation, cooking, and presentation
-Overseeing inventory management and ordering supplies
-Training and supervising kitchen staff to ensure consistency in food quality
-Ensuring compliance with food safety regulations and health standards
-Working closely with restaurant management to control costs and maintain profitability
-Creating schedules and managing labor costs
-Maintaining cleanliness and organization in the kitchen

Requirements:
-Proven experience as a Head Chef or Executive Chef specializing in Indian cuisine
-In-depth knowledge of Indian spices, ingredients, cooking techniques, and regional specialties
-Creativity in developing new dishes while also maintaining traditional flavors
-Strong leadership skills with the ability to manage a team effectively
-Excellent communication skills in English (knowledge of other languages is a plus)
-Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed
