Experienced Indian Executive Chef in Sheduva, Lithuania



We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Indian Executive Chef to join our team at a prestigious restaurant in Sheduva, Lithuania. As the Executive Chef, you will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of the kitchen operations, including menu planning, food preparation, and staff management.

Key Responsibilities:
- Create and update menus regularly based on seasonal ingredients and customer preferences
- Train and manage kitchen staff to ensure high quality food production and service
- Monitor inventory levels and order supplies as needed
- Maintain a clean and organized kitchen environment
- Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations at all times
- Collaborate with management to develop strategies for increasing profitability and customer satisfaction

Requirements:
- Minimum of 5 years experience as an Executive Chef in a fine dining establishment or luxury hotel
- Extensive knowledge of Indian cuisine and cooking techniques
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and train a team
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work well under pressure in a fast-paced environment
- Attention to detail and passion for creating innovative dishes

Salary:
We offer a competitive salary of 1600$ per month, along with opportunities for bonuses based on performance.

Location:
This position is based in Sheduva, Lithuania. We welcome candidates from all nationalities but prefer candidates who are familiar with Indian cuisine.

Working hours:
This is a full-time position with flexible working hours. Some evening and weekend shifts may be required.
