We are seeking a skilled Finisher to join our team in Siauliai, Lithuania. As a Finisher, you will be responsible for completing the final touches on various products and projects. This includes sanding, painting, varnishing, and polishing surfaces to ensure a smooth and flawless finish. You will work with a variety of materials such as wood, metal, and plastic to create high-quality finished products.

To excel in this role, you should have excellent attention to detail and be able to work independently. You must also have experience using various hand tools and power tools to complete finishing tasks accurately and efficiently. As a Finisher, you must be physically fit and able to stand for extended periods of time while working on projects.

This is an ideal opportunity for someone who is passionate about creating beautiful finished products and has a keen eye for detail. We offer a competitive salary of 1200$ per month and visa sponsorship for employees from Nepal. Please note that English language proficiency is not required for this role.

Responsibilities:
- Sanding, painting, varnishing, and polishing surfaces
- Inspecting finished products for flaws or imperfections
- Using hand tools and power tools to complete finishing tasks
- Maintaining a clean and organized work environment
- Following safety procedures at all times
- Communicating effectively with team members and supervisors

Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent
- At least 2 years of experience as a Finisher or in a similar role
- Proficiency in using hand tools and power tools
- Ability to read measurements accurately
- Excellent attention to detail
- Physical strength and stamina to stand for extended periods of time
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
