Experienced Barista - Las Vegas, USA


We are seeking an experienced Barista to join our team in Las Vegas, USA. As a Barista, you will be responsible for preparing and serving a variety of hot and cold beverages, including coffee, tea, and other specialty drinks. You will also be responsible for maintaining the cleanliness and organization of the coffee bar area.

Responsibilities:
- Greet customers in a friendly and welcoming manner
- Take customer orders and prepare beverages according to their preferences
- Ensure high quality standards for all beverages served
- Maintain knowledge of menu items and make recommendations to customers
- Operate coffee-making equipment such as espresso machines and grinders
- Handle cash transactions accurately
- Keep the coffee bar area clean and well-stocked at all times
- Follow health and safety guidelines at all times

Requirements:
- Minimum 1 year of experience as a Barista in a fast-paced environment
- Knowledge of different types of coffee beans, roasts, brewing methods, and latte art is preferred
- Excellent customer service skills with the ability to handle difficult situations calmly
- Ability to work well in a team environment as well as independently
- Must be able to work flexible hours including mornings, evenings, weekends, and holidays
- High school diploma or equivalent is required; additional education or training in hospitality or food service is a plus

Salary:
This is a contract job with a salary of $1800 per month.
