Office Manager (Contract) - Monte-Carlo
We are seeking a highly organized and efficient Office Manager to join our team in Monte-Carlo. As the Office Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our office, ensuring efficiency and productivity. This is a contract position with a salary of 1500$ per month.
Responsibilities:
- Manage office supplies and equipment, ordering and restocking as needed
- Oversee administrative tasks such as scheduling meetings, booking travel arrangements, and handling correspondence
- Maintain organized filing systems and ensure all documents are accurate and up-to-date
- Coordinate with other departments to ensure smooth communication and collaboration
- Monitor office budget and expenses
- Assist with HR tasks, such as onboarding new hires and maintaining employee records
- Manage office maintenance and repairs as necessary
- Act as the point of contact for visitors and clients, providing excellent customer service
Requirements:
- Previous experience in an office management or administrative role
- Excellent organizational skills with the ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and other relevant software programs
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
- Experience with budget management preferred
- Visa sponsorship available for non-natives
