Job Title: Handyman/Handywoman



We are seeking a skilled Handyman/Handywoman to join our team in La-Condamine. As a Handyman/Handywoman, you will be responsible for performing various maintenance and repair tasks on our properties. This is a full-time position with a salary of 1600$ per month.

Responsibilities:
- Conduct routine maintenance tasks such as painting, plumbing, electrical work, and carpentry
- Repair any damages or issues reported by tenants or property managers
- Install and maintain fixtures, appliances, and equipment
- Keep track of supplies and equipment inventory
- Ensure all work is completed in a timely and efficient manner
- Adhere to all safety regulations and procedures

Requirements:
- Proven experience as a Handyman/Handywoman or similar role
- Knowledge of general maintenance tasks such as painting, plumbing, electrical work, and carpentry
- Ability to handle basic tools and equipment
- Excellent problem-solving skills
- Physical stamina and strength to perform manual labor tasks
- Good time management skills

Preferences:
- Previous experience working in a property management setting is an asset
- Familiarity with local building codes and regulations is preferred
