Concierge Assistant
We are seeking a friendly and professional Concierge Assistant to join our team at a luxury hotel in Al-Rayyan, Qatar. As a Concierge Assistant, you will be responsible for ensuring that all guests have a pleasant and comfortable stay by providing exceptional customer service and assistance with any inquiries or needs they may have.
Key Responsibilities:
- Greet guests upon arrival and assist with check-in process
- Provide recommendations and reservations for local attractions, restaurants, and transportation services
- Handle guest inquiries in a timely and efficient manner
- Arrange for special requests such as room service, floral arrangements, or transportation
- Maintain knowledge of hotel services, amenities, and policies
- Handle guest complaints or issues promptly and escalate as needed
- Keep the lobby area clean and presentable at all times
- Assist with luggage handling as needed
- Collaborate with other hotel staff to ensure smooth operations
- Follow safety procedures to ensure the safety of guests and employees
Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent; degree in hospitality management preferred
- Proficient in English; additional language skills are a plus
- Minimum of 2 years experience in customer service or hospitality industry
- Strong communication skills and ability to provide excellent customer service
- Knowledge of local area attractions and transportation options
- Ability to work flexible schedules including weekends and holidays
- Physically able to handle luggage
- Attention to detail and ability to multitask
- Prior experience as a concierge is preferred
Salary: 1300$ per month
