Executive Chef


We are in search of a skilled and experienced Executive Chef to join our team at our upscale restaurant in Al-Malikiyah. As the Executive Chef, you will be responsible for overseeing the entire kitchen operations, including menu planning, food preparation, and staff management.

Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and update menus based on seasonal availability and customer preferences
- Create new dishes and ensure menu items are executed to perfection
- Train and manage kitchen staff, including scheduling shifts, delegating tasks, and conducting performance reviews
- Monitor food quality and presentation to maintain high standards
- Ensure proper sanitation and hygiene practices are followed in the kitchen at all times
- Manage inventory levels and order supplies as needed to maintain a well-stocked kitchen
- Collaborate with restaurant management to develop strategies for increasing sales and improving profitability

Requirements:
- Proven experience as an Executive Chef or similar role in a high-end restaurant setting
- In-depth knowledge of culinary techniques, ingredients, and kitchen equipment
- Ability to create innovative menus that appeal to a diverse clientele
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and train a team
- Excellent time management skills with the ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously
- Experience managing food costs and budgets
- Diploma or degree in Culinary Arts or related field is preferred

Salary:
We offer a competitive salary of 1800$ per month for this full-time position. Additional benefits such as health insurance may be provided.

Location:
The ideal candidate should be willing to relocate or already reside in Al-Malikiyah.
