A reputable florist in Nairobi is seeking a talented and experienced florist to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a passion for creating beautiful floral arrangements and providing exceptional customer service. As a florist, you will be responsible for designing, arranging, and selling flowers and other floral products to our customers. This is a full-time position with a salary of 1500$ per month.

Responsibilities:
- Create unique and visually appealing floral arrangements for various occasions such as weddings, birthdays, funerals, etc.
- Assist customers in selecting the perfect flowers and arrangements for their needs while providing excellent customer service
- Maintain inventory of flowers, plants, and other materials needed for arrangements
- Handle cash transactions and maintain accurate sales records
- Keep the shop clean and presentable at all times
- Collaborate with other team members to provide efficient service to customers
- Participate in promotional events and marketing activities as needed

Requirements:
- Minimum of 2 years of experience as a florist
- Knowledge of different types of flowers, plants, and floral design techniques
- Excellent customer service skills with the ability to communicate effectively in English
- Ability to work well under pressure in a fast-paced environment
- Attention to detail and creativity in designing floral arrangements
- Must have a biometric passport for ease of travel between India and Nairobi
- Accommodation will be provided by the company for non-local candidates
