Senior Architect

As a Senior Architect, you will be responsible for leading and overseeing architectural projects from conception to completion. You will work closely with clients to understand their needs and develop innovative design solutions that meet their requirements. Your role will also involve managing a team of architects and designers, ensuring that projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to the highest standards of quality. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in architecture and possess strong leadership, communication, and project management skills. This position is open to candidates from all nationalities who have a valid work visa for Clairvaux.

Key Responsibilities:
- Lead architectural projects from start to finish
- Collaborate with clients to understand their needs and develop design concepts
- Manage a team of architects and designers
- Ensure timely delivery of projects within budget constraints
- Oversee the production of architectural drawings, models, and presentations
- Conduct site visits and inspections to ensure compliance with design plans
- Maintain effective communication with clients, contractors, and other stakeholders
- Mentor junior architects and provide guidance on complex design issues
- Stay updated on industry trends and advancements in technology
- Adhere to all safety regulations and building codes

Requirements:
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Architecture
- Minimum of 7 years' experience in architectural design
- Proven track record of successfully managing architectural projects from conception to completion
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate a team towards achieving project goals
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
- Proficiency in AutoCAD, Revit, SketchUp or other relevant software programs
- Knowledge of building codes, regulations, and construction processes
- Attention to detail with the ability to produce accurate drawings and designs under tight deadlines
