Concierge Assistant - Part Time (US)


We are seeking a friendly and organized Concierge Assistant to join our team on a part-time basis in the US. As a Concierge Assistant, you will be responsible for providing excellent customer service and assisting with various tasks to ensure the smooth operation of our facility.

Responsibilities:
- Greet guests and visitors in a professional and welcoming manner
- Answer phone calls, emails, and inquiries from guests
- Assist with check-in/check-out procedures for guests
- Book reservations for guests at local restaurants or events
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of lobby area
- Monitor security cameras and report any suspicious activity
- Provide information on local attractions, transportation options, and other services as requested by guests
- Handle guest complaints or issues in a timely and efficient manner
- Assist with administrative tasks such as data entry, filing, and organizing paperwork

Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent required; college degree preferred
- Previous customer service experience is preferred but not required
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
- Strong organizational skills with attention to detail
- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively in a fast-paced environment
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook)
- Friendly and approachable personality with a positive attitude

Working Conditions:
This is a part-time position with flexible hours. The salary for this role is $1400 per month. This position does not include accommodation. Candidates must have the legal right to work in the US.
