Locksmith Technician

We are a reputable locksmith company in Herzliya, seeking a skilled and experienced Locksmith Technician to join our team. As a Locksmith Technician, you will be responsible for providing excellent customer service and performing a variety of locksmith services such as lock installation, repair, and key duplication. Our ideal candidate should have strong knowledge of different locking systems and the ability to work with various tools and machinery. The ability to communicate effectively with clients, work independently, and prioritize tasks is essential.

Responsibilities:
- Install, repair, and replace different types of locks including traditional keys, biometric systems, and electronic locks
- Duplicate keys accurately using manual or automated machines
- Respond to emergency lockout situations promptly and provide solutions for clients
- Help customers choose suitable locking systems according to their needs and budget
- Maintain inventory of tools and equipment needed for locksmith services
- Keep up-to-date with latest industry trends and advancements in locking technology

Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent; vocational training or certification in locksmithing is a plus
- Minimum of 2 years experience working as a Locksmith Technician
- Proficient in using locksmith tools such as drills, saws, lock picks, etc.
- Excellent understanding of different locking systems and their functions
- Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to troubleshoot complex issues quickly
- Good communication skills with the ability to explain technical information to clients clearly and concisely
- Ability to work independently without supervision
- Valid driver's license
