Computer Support Specialist


We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Computer Support Specialist to join our dynamic team in La-Condamine. As a Computer Support Specialist, you will be responsible for providing technical support to our clients and ensuring the smooth operation of their computer systems.

Key Responsibilities:
- Diagnose and troubleshoot hardware, software, and network issues for clients
- Install and configure software, hardware, and peripherals as needed
- Provide remote or on-site technical support to clients
- Maintain accurate records of client requests and resolutions
- Collaborate with team members to develop and implement IT solutions for clients
- Stay up-to-date with the latest technology trends in order to provide efficient support to clients

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field preferred, but not required
- Proven experience in technical support or IT customer service role is a plus
- Strong knowledge of computer systems, hardware, and software troubleshooting techniques
- Excellent communication skills and ability to explain technical concepts in simple terms
- Ability to work independently and handle multiple tasks simultaneously
- Strong problem-solving skills with attention to detail
- Willingness to learn new technologies
- Must be able to work full-time with occasional evening or weekend hours as needed

Salary:
We offer a competitive salary of 1800$ per month for this full-time position.
