Seasonal Executive Chef - Al Ahmadi, Kuwait


We are in search of a talented Executive Chef to join our team for the upcoming season in Al Ahmadi, Kuwait. As a seasoned professional, you will be responsible for creating and implementing menus, overseeing kitchen operations, and managing a team of cooks and other kitchen staff. Our ideal candidate will have experience in high-end restaurants or hotels, possess exceptional culinary skills, and have strong leadership abilities.

Responsibilities:
- Develop creative and innovative menus that meet the needs of our customers
- Oversee all aspects of kitchen operations including food preparation, cooking, and plating
- Ensure that all food is prepared to the highest quality standards
- Manage inventory levels and control food costs
- Train and supervise kitchen staff on proper cooking techniques and safety procedures
- Maintain cleanliness and sanitation standards in the kitchen at all times
- Collaborate with management to plan special events or promotions related to food offerings

Requirements:
- Minimum of 3 years experience as an Executive Chef in a high-end restaurant or hotel setting
- Extensive knowledge of various cuisines and cooking techniques
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to manage a diverse team effectively
- Excellent organizational skills with the ability to multitask and prioritize tasks
- Experience managing inventory levels and controlling food costs
- Knowledge of food safety regulations and best practices
- Ability to work long hours in a fast-paced environment
- Fluency in English is preferred but not required

Salary:
This is a seasonal position offering a salary of $1400 per month. Accommodation will be provided by the company.
