Plumbing Technician


We are seeking a skilled Plumbing Technician to join our team in Balzers, Liechtenstein. As a Plumbing Technician, you will be responsible for installing, repairing, and maintaining plumbing systems in residential and commercial buildings. Your main duties will include reading blueprints and specifications, cutting and threading pipes, installing fixtures and appliances, and conducting inspections to identify potential issues.

To excel in this role, you should have experience as a plumber or in a similar role and possess strong knowledge of plumbing codes and regulations. You should also be physically fit and able to work independently or as part of a team. A high school diploma or equivalent is required, along with the ability to communicate effectively in English.

Responsibilities:
- Read blueprints and specifications to determine the layout of plumbing systems
- Install pipes and fixtures such as sinks, toilets, bathtubs, water heaters, etc.
- Cut, bend, thread, and connect pipes using tools such as saws, pipe cutters, etc.
- Test plumbing systems for leaks using air pressure gauges
- Repair or replace broken or damaged pipes
- Conduct inspections to identify potential issues
- Maintain accurate records of work performed
- Adhere to all safety standards and building codes
- Collaborate with other team members on larger projects

Requirements:
- Proven experience as a plumber or in a similar role
- Strong knowledge of plumbing codes and regulations
- Ability to read blueprints and specifications
- Physically fit with the ability to lift heavy materials
- Excellent problem-solving skills
- Ability to work independently or as part of a team
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Fluent in English (ability to communicate in other languages is an asset)

Salary:
The salary for this position is 1400$ per month.
