Barista - Multan, Pakistan


We are seeking an experienced and passionate Barista to join our team in Multan, Pakistan. As a Barista, you will be responsible for preparing and serving a variety of hot and cold beverages, including coffee, tea, and smoothies. You will also assist with maintaining a clean and welcoming café environment for our customers.

Key Responsibilities:
- Prepare and serve a variety of hot and cold beverages to customers' specifications
- Maintain knowledge of our menu items, ingredients, and brewing methods
- Operate espresso machines, blenders, and other equipment efficiently
- Ensure quality control by properly measuring ingredients, monitoring brewing times, and adjusting as needed
- Assist with food preparation and presentation as needed
- Maintain cleanliness and organization in the café area including counters, tables, equipment, and storage areas
- Provide exceptional customer service by greeting customers with a friendly attitude and promptly addressing any concerns or questions
- Handle cash transactions accurately using a point-of-sale system
- Follow health and safety guidelines at all times to ensure the well-being of both customers and employees

Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent required; degree in hospitality or related field preferred
- 1+ years of experience as a Barista in a fast-paced environment preferred
- Knowledge of coffee brewing methods, latte art skills are a plus
- Excellent customer service skills with the ability to communicate effectively with diverse customers
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail
- Availability to work flexible hours including weekends
- Must be able to stand for long periods of time
- Must be able to lift up to 30 pounds
- Pakistani nationality preferred

Salary: $1200 per month (negotiable based on experience)
