Junior Barista

As a Junior Barista, you will be responsible for providing excellent customer service and creating delicious coffee beverages in a fast-paced environment. You will assist the Senior Barista in preparing and serving drinks, maintaining the cleanliness and organization of the coffee shop, and managing inventory. This is a temporary position suitable for those without prior barista experience. Candidates must have their own visa to work in Multan and we welcome freshers to apply. The salary for this position is 1100$ per month.

As a Junior Barista, you should have a passion for coffee and a desire to learn about different brewing methods. You should also possess strong communication skills and the ability to multitask effectively. Previous customer service experience is preferred but not required.

Responsibilities:
- Greet customers and take their orders
- Prepare and serve coffee beverages according to company standards
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the coffee shop
- Manage inventory of supplies and ingredients
- Assist Senior Barista with training new employees
- Handle cash transactions accurately
- Follow all health and safety guidelines

Requirements:
- Must have own visa to work in Multan
- No prior barista experience necessary
- High school diploma or equivalent education
- Excellent customer service skills
- Strong communication skills
- Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
- Basic math skills for cash handling
- Knowledge of different brewing methods (preferred but not required)
