Personal Trainer
As a Personal Trainer, you will be responsible for creating personalized fitness plans and providing one-on-one training sessions to clients. You will motivate and educate clients on proper form and technique, as well as monitor their progress and adjust their plans accordingly. You should have a strong knowledge of exercise science and nutrition, as well as excellent communication skills to effectively work with clients from different backgrounds. This position requires you to work independently, manage your schedule, and maintain a positive and professional attitude at all times.
Responsibilities:
- Conduct initial assessments with clients to determine their fitness level and goals
- Create customized workout plans based on client's needs and abilities
- Provide one-on-one training sessions focusing on proper form, technique, and safety
- Monitor client's progress and make necessary adjustments to their plans
- Educate clients on exercise science, nutrition, and healthy lifestyle habits
- Maintain accurate records of client's progress and communicate regularly with them
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends, techniques, and certifications
- Maintain a clean and safe workout environment for clients
Requirements:
- Proven experience as a Personal Trainer or similar role
- Certification in personal training or related field (ACE, NASM, etc.)
- Strong knowledge of human anatomy, exercise science, nutrition, and injury prevention
- Excellent communication skills in both English and Arabic (preferred)
- Ability to work independently and manage your schedule effectively
- Friendly personality with the ability to motivate others
- Physical fitness to demonstrate exercises properly
- Availability for part-time hours including evenings or weekends
- Must be able to provide your own transportation
Salary: 1500$ per month (negotiable based on experience) City: Yanbu (open for all nationalities)
