QA Engineer


We are seeking a skilled and experienced QA Engineer to join our growing team in Akron. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in software testing and quality assurance, with a keen attention to detail and a passion for delivering high-quality products. As a QA Engineer, you will be responsible for ensuring that our software meets the highest standards of quality, reliability, and performance.

Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute test plans to ensure the functionality, usability, and performance of our software
- Identify and report software defects, track issues, and work closely with the development team to resolve them
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand product requirements and develop comprehensive test cases
- Continuously improve testing processes and procedures to ensure efficient and effective testing
- Stay up-to-date with industry best practices in software testing and quality assurance

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field
- Minimum of 2 years of experience as a QA Engineer or similar role
- Strong understanding of software development life cycle (SDLC) and agile methodologies
- Experience with test automation tools such as Selenium or Appium is preferred
- Knowledge of programming languages like Java or Python is a plus
- Excellent analytical skills and attention to detail
- Strong communication skills
- Ability to work independently as well as in a team

Salary: $1300 per month

Location: Akron, Ohio (open for Nepali or foreign candidates)
