Courier Supervisor

As a Courier Supervisor in Svalbard, you will oversee the day-to-day operations of our courier team. Your main responsibility will be to ensure the timely and safe delivery of packages to our clients. Key Responsibilities:

Supervising Couriers:
In this role, you will be responsible for managing a team of couriers. This includes hiring new employees, providing training as needed, scheduling shifts, and monitoring their performance.

Ensuring Efficient Deliveries:
You will be responsible for coordinating with other departments to ensure the most efficient delivery routes are being used. This may involve adjusting routes based on traffic or weather conditions.

Customer Service:
As a representative of our company, you will handle customer inquiries and complaints related to courier services. This may involve addressing issues with delayed deliveries, damaged packages, or incorrect addresses.

Inventory Management:
You will oversee inventory management for necessary supplies and equipment needed for courier operations. This includes ordering supplies as needed and maintaining accurate records of inventory.

Safety Protocols:
As a Courier Supervisor, you will implement safety protocols and ensure compliance with company policies. This includes providing training to couriers on safe driving practices and conducting regular safety checks on vehicles.

Quality Control:
To ensure the highest level of service, you will conduct regular quality control checks on deliveries to ensure they meet company standards.

Record Keeping:
