Industrial Architect


We are a leading architecture firm seeking an experienced Industrial Architect to join our team in Fonvieille. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in industrial design and possess the necessary skills to oversee and manage large-scale projects from conception to completion.

Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with clients to understand their needs and develop design concepts that meet their requirements
- Develop detailed plans, blueprints, and 3D models for industrial buildings and structures
- Conduct site visits and surveys to assess project requirements
- Ensure compliance with building codes, safety standards, and zoning regulations
- Work closely with engineers, contractors, and other professionals to ensure project success
- Review project progress and make necessary adjustments to meet deadlines and budget constraints
- Create cost estimates, schedules, and project proposals for client review
- Keep up-to-date with industry trends, materials, and technologies to incorporate into designs

Requirements:
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Architecture or a related field
- Minimum of 5 years experience as an Industrial Architect
- Strong proficiency in AutoCAD or other architectural software
- Excellent communication skills for client presentations and team collaboration
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
- Knowledge of building codes, safety standards, and zoning regulations
- Attention to detail and ability to produce accurate plans and designs
