Industrial Architect

Our architecture firm in Fonvieille is seeking an experienced Industrial Architect to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 5 years of experience in industrial design and construction, with strong skills in project management and budgeting.

Responsibilities:
- Design and develop plans for industrial buildings such as factories, warehouses, and distribution centers
- Work closely with clients to understand their needs and create designs that meet their requirements
- Manage projects from conception to completion, ensuring they are completed on time and within budget
- Collaborate with engineers and contractors to ensure designs are structurally sound and feasible for construction
- Conduct site visits to oversee construction progress and address any issues that may arise
- Stay updated on industry trends, regulations, and emerging technologies to continuously improve designs

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Architecture or related field
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in industrial design and construction
- Strong project management skills with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines
- Proficient in AutoCAD, Revit, and other design software
- Excellent communication skills to effectively collaborate with clients, engineers, contractors, and other team members
- Knowledge of building codes and regulations related to industrial structures
