Sales Manager (Fonvieille)



We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Sales Manager to join our team in Fonvieille. As the Sales Manager, you will be responsible for developing and implementing sales strategies to drive business growth and meet company targets.

Your main duties will include managing a team of sales representatives, setting sales goals and targets, developing pricing strategies, and building relationships with key clients. You will also be responsible for analyzing market trends and identifying new business opportunities.

To excel in this role, you should have excellent communication skills, strong leadership abilities, and a proven track record of achieving sales targets. A bachelor's degree in business or a related field is preferred.

Responsibilities:

- Develop and implement effective sales strategies to achieve company goals
- Manage a team of sales representatives and provide guidance and coaching as needed
- Set sales targets for the team and monitor their progress
- Analyze market trends and identify new opportunities for growth
- Build strong relationships with key clients to ensure customer satisfaction and retention
- Develop pricing strategies to maximize profits while remaining competitive in the market
- Prepare regular reports on sales performance, market trends, and competitor activity
- Collaborate with other departments such as marketing, finance, and operations to ensure alignment of sales strategies with overall company objectives
- Conduct market research to understand customer needs and preferences
- Attend industry events and conferences to network with potential clients

Requirements:

- Proven work experience as a Sales Manager or similar role
- Excellent communication skills both written and verbal
- Strong leadership abilities with a track record of managing successful teams
- Ability to set clear goals and motivate others to achieve them
- In-depth knowledge of market trends, competitor analysis, and pricing strategies
- Bachelor's degree in business administration or related field preferred
- Familiarity with CRM software

Salary: 1200$ per month + accommodation

Location: Fonvieille, preference for local candidates but open to all nationalities.
