Welder vacancy in Al-Rayyan Qatar

Welder

Our company is seeking a skilled and experienced Welder to join our team in Al-Rayyan, Qatar. As a Welder, you will be responsible for fabricating and assembling metal structures and equipment using various welding techniques and tools. This is a contract position with a salary of 1400$ per month.

Responsibilities:

- Read and interpret blueprints, technical drawings, and other specifications to determine project requirements
- Measure and mark cutting lines on materials according to specifications
- Operate welding equipment including MIG, TIG, and Arc welders
- Clean, repair, and maintain welding equipment as needed
- Fabricate metal structures by cutting, bending, and shaping metal pieces
- Assemble components using welding techniques such as brazing, soldering, or arc welding
- Ensure all work is completed in accordance with safety regulations and quality standards
- Inspect completed welds for accuracy and quality control
- Troubleshoot issues with welds or equipment as needed

Requirements:

- Minimum of 2 years of experience as a Welder in a professional setting
- Extensive knowledge of different welding techniques including MIG, TIG, and Arc welding
- Ability to read blueprints and technical drawings accurately
- Proficiency in operating welding equipment safely and effectively
- Strong attention to detail and ability to produce high-quality work consistently
- Familiarity with safety regulations related to welding procedures
- Good physical stamina for standing for long periods of time and lifting heavy materials if needed
