Loader Operator
Location: Nairobi, Kenya


Our construction company is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Loader Operator to join our team in Nairobi, Kenya. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of safely and efficiently operating loaders in a construction setting. As a Loader Operator, you will be responsible for loading and unloading materials, moving heavy equipment, and performing routine maintenance on the loader.

Responsibilities:
- Operate loader in a safe and efficient manner
- Load and unload materials such as dirt, gravel, rocks, etc.
- Move heavy equipment around the job site
- Perform routine maintenance on loader including cleaning and lubrication
- Communicate with other team members to ensure safe operations
- Follow all safety protocols and regulations at all times

Requirements:
- Minimum of 2 years experience operating loaders in a construction setting
- Valid license or certification for operating loaders
- Ability to read and interpret blueprints or plans
- Physically fit and able to lift up to 50 pounds
- High attention to detail and safety procedures
- Excellent communication skills in English (knowledge of Swahili is a plus)

Salary:
We are offering a competitive salary of $1400 per month for this position.
