Facade Technician in St. Petersburg, Russia


We are seeking a skilled and experienced Facade Technician to join our team in St. Petersburg, Russia. As a Facade Technician, you will be responsible for installing, repairing and maintaining exterior building facades. This is a full-time position with a salary of 1600$, and is open to Indian nationals with experience in facade work.

Responsibilities:
- Install and repair various types of exterior building facades, including glass, metal, stone, and concrete
- Perform regular maintenance on facades to ensure they are functioning properly and looking their best
- Troubleshoot and diagnose any issues with facades and develop solutions
- Work closely with other tradespeople such as carpenters, electricians, and plumbers to ensure seamless integration of the facade with the rest of the building
- Follow safety protocols to ensure the safety of yourself and others on the job site
- Maintain accurate records of work performed, materials used, and time spent on each project

Requirements:
- Previous experience working as a Facade Technician or in a similar role
- Knowledge of different types of facade materials and installation methods
- Ability to read blueprints and technical drawings
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail
- Physically fit and able to work at heights
- Excellent communication skills and ability to work well within a team
- Valid work permit for Russia (if not an Indian national)

Preferred Skills:
- Experience working on historic buildings or architectural landmarks
- Familiarity with Russian construction codes and regulations
- Fluency in English (written and spoken)
