Sales Manager - Sheduva, India
We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Sales Manager to join our team in Sheduva, India. As a Sales Manager, you will be responsible for developing and implementing sales strategies to drive revenue and achieve company goals. You will also be responsible for managing and mentoring a team of sales representatives.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement effective sales strategies to increase revenue and meet company targets
- Conduct market research and analysis to identify new business opportunities
- Build strong relationships with clients and maintain existing accounts
- Manage and mentor a team of sales representatives, ensuring they meet their targets
- Prepare sales reports and forecasts for senior management
- Coordinate with other departments such as marketing, operations, and finance to ensure smooth execution of sales activities
- Stay updated with industry trends, market developments, and competitor activities
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field
- Proven experience as a Sales Manager or similar role in the Indian market
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and mentor a team
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
- In-depth knowledge of sales techniques and best practices in the Indian market
- Ability to analyze data and make strategic decisions based on market insights
- Willingness to travel within India for client meetings
