Sales Representative


We are a growing sales company in need of a Sales Representative to join our team in Alta, Norway. This is a part-time position with a salary of 1400$ per month. We are looking for someone who is motivated and eager to learn, with or without previous experience in sales. This role is suitable for men who are interested in developing their sales skills and advancing their career.

As a Sales Representative, your main responsibility will be to generate leads and close sales deals. You will be reaching out to potential clients through various channels such as phone calls, emails, and face-to-face meetings. You will also be responsible for maintaining relationships with existing clients and identifying new business opportunities.

To excel in this role, you should have excellent communication skills and the ability to build rapport with customers. You should also have strong organizational skills and attention to detail to effectively manage your leads and sales pipeline.

Responsibilities:
- Generate leads through cold calling, emailing, and networking
- Develop relationships with potential clients and maintain relationships with existing ones
- Identify new business opportunities by staying up-to-date on industry trends
- Meet or exceed monthly sales targets
- Maintain accurate records of all sales activities and customer interactions
- Collaborate with team members to improve overall sales strategies
- Continuously develop knowledge of products/services offered

Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent; Bachelor's degree preferred
- Proven experience in sales or customer service is an asset but not required
- Excellent communication skills in both English and Norwegian (or willingness to learn)
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team
- Self-motivated with a strong desire to succeed
- Proficient in MS Office and CRM software
- Must be legally authorized to work in Norway
