Experienced Baker in Fonvieille


We are in search of an experienced Baker to join our team in Fonvieille. As a Baker, you will be responsible for the production of various baked goods such as bread, pastries, and cakes. Your role will also involve maintaining high standards of food quality and ensuring the timely delivery of orders.

Responsibilities:
- Prepare and bake a variety of bread, pastries, and cakes according to recipes and company standards
- Monitor oven temperatures and adjust baking times accordingly
- Decorate cakes and pastries with creative designs
- Ensure all products are fresh and meet quality standards before being served or sold
- Maintain a clean and organized work area at all times
- Monitor inventory levels and report any shortages or expired ingredients to the manager
- Collaborate with other team members to ensure efficient production flow
- Adhere to food safety regulations and maintain proper hygiene practices

Requirements:
- Proven experience as a Baker or similar role in a bakery or pastry shop
- Knowledge of different baking techniques, measurements, and ingredients
- Ability to read recipes accurately and follow instructions precisely
- Physically fit with the ability to stand for long periods of time and lift heavy objects (up to 50lbs)
- Excellent time management skills with the ability to multitask effectively in a fast-paced environment
- Strong attention to detail with a passion for creating visually appealing products
- A positive attitude, team spirit, and willingness to learn new techniques

Salary:
We offer a competitive salary of $1100 per month along with opportunities for growth within our company.

We provide accommodation for our employees at no cost. The living quarters are located within walking distance from our bakery.

Working Hours:
This is a full-time position, with shifts that may include early mornings, evenings, weekends, and holidays. Flexibility with scheduling is required.
