Entry-Level Merchandiser


We are in search of a detail-oriented and driven Entry-Level Merchandiser to join our team in Isa Town. As an Entry-Level Merchandiser, you will be responsible for promoting and selling products to customers, maintaining product displays, and ensuring that the store is well-stocked and visually appealing.

Responsibilities:
- Greet customers and provide them with information about products
- Assist in setting up product displays according to company standards
- Monitor inventory levels and communicate with store manager about restocking needs
- Arrange products in an attractive and organized manner on shelves and racks
- Collaborate with sales team to ensure customer satisfaction and increase sales
- Keep track of sales data and make recommendations for new products or promotions
- Follow merchandising guidelines provided by the company
- Participate in store events or promotions as needed

Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent education required; some college preferred
- Previous retail or customer service experience is a plus, but not required
- Strong communication skills and ability to engage with customers effectively
- Excellent time management skills and ability to prioritize tasks
- Detail-oriented with a keen eye for visual presentation of products
- Must be able to lift up to 25 pounds and stand for extended periods of time

Salary:
The salary for this position is $1200 per month.
