Construction Manager



We are currently seeking a skilled and experienced Construction Manager to join our team in Wiltz. This full-time position requires a candidate with at least 5 years of experience in construction management and a strong understanding of the Canadian construction industry.

Responsibilities:
- Oversee all aspects of construction projects, from planning to completion
- Manage project budgets, schedules, and resources effectively
- Ensure compliance with all safety regulations and quality standards
- Liaise with clients, contractors, and subcontractors to ensure timely and efficient project delivery
- Conduct regular site visits to monitor progress and address any issues that may arise
- Provide leadership and guidance to on-site staff, including supervisors, foremen, and laborers
- Prepare regular reports on project status for upper management

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in civil engineering or related field (preferred)
- Minimum of 5 years' experience in construction management
- Familiarity with Canadian building codes and regulations
- Strong organizational and project management skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
- Ability to work independently as well as lead a team effectively
- Valid driver's license (required)

Salary: $1000 per week (negotiable depending on experience)
