Radio Technician

A reputable radio station in Nairobi is seeking a skilled and experienced Radio Technician to join our team. As a Radio Technician, you will be responsible for the installation, maintenance, and repair of radio broadcasting equipment. This role requires technical expertise, attention to detail, and the ability to work independently.

Key Responsibilities:
- Install, maintain, and repair radio broadcasting equipment
- Troubleshoot technical issues and provide timely solutions
- Conduct regular inspections and perform preventative maintenance on equipment
- Keep detailed records of all maintenance and repairs performed
- Collaborate with other team members to ensure smooth operation of broadcasting equipment
- Stay updated with industry developments and advancements in technology

Requirements:
- Proven experience as a Radio Technician or similar role
- In-depth knowledge of radio broadcasting equipment and systems
- Familiarity with electrical circuits and wiring
- Ability to read technical diagrams and manuals
- Strong troubleshooting skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Attention to detail and ability to work independently

Salary:
We offer a competitive salary of 1500$ per month for this full-time position.
