Head Chef - Fine Dining Restaurant (Chelyabinsk)


We are seeking an experienced Executive Chef to lead our kitchen team in a fine dining restaurant located in Chelyabinsk. The ideal candidate will have a passion for creating exceptional dishes and be able to lead and inspire a team of chefs. As the Head Chef, you will be responsible for menu creation, food costing, inventory management, and maintaining high standards of food quality and presentation. This is a full-time position with a salary of 1400$, and accommodation is provided.

Key Responsibilities:
- Create innovative and delicious menu items that meet the needs of our guests
- Develop recipes, portion sizes, and cost-effective menus
- Ensure all food is prepared to the highest standards in terms of taste, presentation, and hygiene
- Train and manage a team of chefs to maintain consistency in food quality and service
- Oversee inventory control, ordering, and stock rotation to minimize waste
- Maintain kitchen equipment and ensure compliance with health and safety regulations

Requirements:
- Minimum 5 years of experience as an Executive Chef or Head Chef in fine dining restaurants
- Proven track record in creating unique menus with high-quality ingredients
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to train and motivate a team
- Excellent knowledge of food safety, sanitation standards, and kitchen equipment operation
- Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail

Preferred Qualifications:
- Culinary degree or certification from an accredited institution
- Experience working in international establishments or with international cuisine
- Knowledge of Russian cuisine is an advantage
