As a merchandiser, you will be responsible for ensuring that our products are displayed in an attractive and organized manner in various retail stores. This position requires attention to detail, excellent communication skills, and the ability to work independently.

Key Responsibilities:
- Visiting assigned retail stores on a regular schedule to merchandise and restock products
- Setting up displays and arranging products according to company standards
- Ensuring that product labels and pricing are accurate and easily visible
- Communicating with store managers regarding inventory levels and product placement
- Providing feedback on customer reactions to product displays and making necessary adjustments
- Maintaining a clean and organized work environment at all times

Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent; prior merchandising experience preferred but not required
- Ability to work independently and manage time effectively
- Strong communication skills; fluency in Norwegian is a plus but not required
- Attention to detail; ability to follow company guidelines for product placement
- Physically able to lift up to 30 pounds and stand for extended periods of time
