Indian Administrator in Hawalli
We are hiring an experienced Indian Administrator to join our team in Hawalli. In this role, you will be responsible for managing administrative tasks, providing support to the team, and ensuring smooth operations. This is a full-time position with a salary of $1100 per month.
Responsibilities:
- Manage office supplies and inventory
- Answer phone calls and respond to emails
- Schedule appointments and maintain calendars
- Prepare reports and presentations
- Coordinate with vendors and suppliers
- Assist with HR tasks such as onboarding new employees and maintaining employee records
- Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures
Requirements:
- Must be fluent in English and have excellent communication skills
- Minimum 2 years of experience in an administrative role
- Strong organizational skills with attention to detail
- Proficient in MS Office
- Knowledge of HR processes is a plus
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team
