Commercial Architect

We are in search of a skilled Commercial Architect to join our team in Oslo. The ideal candidate will have experience in designing and overseeing commercial projects, with a strong understanding of building codes and regulations. As a Commercial Architect, you will be responsible for creating functional and aesthetically pleasing spaces that meet the needs of our clients.

Key Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with clients to determine project requirements and goals
- Develop design concepts, plans, and specifications for commercial projects
- Oversee all phases of the design process, from initial concept to construction completion
- Ensure compliance with building codes and regulations
- Manage project budgets and timelines
- Communicate effectively with contractors, engineers, and other professionals involved in the project

Requirements:
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Architecture
- Minimum of 5 years experience working on commercial projects
- Strong understanding of building codes and regulations
- Proficiency in AutoCAD, Revit, or other design software
- Excellent communication skills
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously

This is a contract position with a salary of $1300 per month. We also offer free visa sponsorship and ticket for international candidates.
